Delivery date changed to 8 days later
Was out of stock in the store. Asked to have it shipped (for free) to my house. Was supposed to arrive Oct 13. When I called on Oct 15 to ask about the status of the delivery I was told the new expected delivery date is now Oct 21. If I had known it would take this long I would have looked at another store.

Mgr was very professional.
I bought the wrong toner cartridge and when I returned it for the correct one the mgr that served me was cordial he listened and exchanged it with the correct one. I was happy with his help. Thank you.

Good product
I have always used HP toners. My current laser printer came with a 206a toner which lasted about 18 months. I replaced it with a 206X which should last about twice as long.

HP 206A Yellow Standard Yield Toner Cartridge
The HP Yellow Toner Cartridge was the exact replacement for my HP printer. When I need to replace the rest of my cartridges I would definitely return to Staples.
