THIS HP LASEER INK IS A#1, THE BEST
At some time or other I think I bought ever ink there was UNTIL I FOUND HP 206A FOR MY LASER. THRE IS NOTHING LIKE THE QUALITY AND THE LONG LASTING UNITS. I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE.

Toner Purchase
Toner is so expensive to buy. The cost of replacing 4 cartridges is comparable to the cost of an entire new copier/printer. HP and other companies have the consumer pinned to the mat with no other alternatives.

customer service fail
it's the wrong item, i'm trying to exchange it, i've filled out the exchange form but nobody has contacted me about it. so i still have this useless toner, no refund, no exchange. still getting promotional emails though, though i have opted out! extremely annoying. please contact me to finish the exchange.

Forced to used OEM cartridges
I thought I purchased a printer from HP but I didn't realize I was required to continue their HP print cartridge subscription. It's now California law to make unsubscribing as simple as subscribing. An forced update makes us subscribers to HP print cartridges.
