Great product
Great product, great printing quality. I like the big size format, that I don’t have to change to fast. I have my printer for a couple of years now and it never failed so far!

Delivery date changed to 8 days later
Was out of stock in the store. Asked to have it shipped (for free) to my house. Was supposed to arrive Oct 13. When I called on Oct 15 to ask about the status of the delivery I was told the new expected delivery date is now Oct 21. If I had known it would take this long I would have looked at another store.

Defective toner
I put it in my printer and only printed 250 pages and completely depleted all of the toners I just bough. Was supposed to last up to 700 pages and did not. I bought cyan magenta and yellow and they all were depleted as you can see from the photos from start to finish. I have never had an issue with a toner before and this is the first time.

206X Cartridge
The X(extra large) cartridges are best. They last a lot longer than the standard cartriges

Great Employee interaction

Easy to install
I love my laser jet home printer. (I never thought I would ever write!!) The cartridge was easy to install and Staples delivered it sooner than they quoted (yay!!) My only complaint is that the price for ink is ridiculously high.

I thank the recycle ink card tricks should somewhat be contribute price wise to the purchase of the new ink that the customer purchase like approximately 10% off the new purchase.

Toner for a new HP laserjet Pro printer.
I order toner for my new HP Laserjet Pro printer. I was disappointed with the toner I got with the printer. I was hoping to get some printing done before I had to order new toner.

On time
to find the hp original toner in stores is a bit difficult almost impossible and shipping for online purchases can take up to a week. With staples I received the toner the next day. highly recommended
