Great product
Great product, great printing quality. I like the big size format, that I don’t have to change to fast. I have my printer for a couple of years now and it never failed so far!

Delivery date changed to 8 days later
Was out of stock in the store. Asked to have it shipped (for free) to my house. Was supposed to arrive Oct 13. When I called on Oct 15 to ask about the status of the delivery I was told the new expected delivery date is now Oct 21. If I had known it would take this long I would have looked at another store.

staples did not have AND is not expected to get 206X. 2 206A's cost much more than one 206X

Delivery
My item is shown as being delivered and signed by me but that is false. There’s no evidence of delivery to the address listed and checked all cameras.

Very few prints
We spent extra for high-yield which should print approx 3000 pages - that's six reams of paper. This is just used in a home printer not an office so it really doesn't get a lot of use. We bought the cartridge in June 2023 and by Dec. 2024 it was almost empty. We've maybe used 2-3 reams of paper in that time. Making matters worse HP uses a chip in their cartridges so...

HP toner
HP has the best toner for my printer. They are pricy but the quality and trouble free maintenance are great.

Very Expensive
The toner cartridge appears to work well but it is very expensive. A set of cartridges for my quality laser printer cost more than I paid for the printer.

Great shipping service and it the Real HP
I have tried the knock off of HP Laser Cartridges...They simply don't work correctly If You are going to use a Color laser For goodness sake spend the bucks for the real HP

Black toner
Very nice and quite expensive. However it is the best printer I have ever owned so I use it as needed

Poor quality
I have been using the Cyan since May 2024 and all of a sudden the ink is splashing all over the pages and checks that I am trying to print. It still has 2/3rds ink to use yet. I have to order a new one now and wait for it to arrive. Not happy with this.
