Chair nice Missing Hardware
The chair is nice but one pack was missing one of the bolts. It was time consuming for me to find a metric bolt with 20 pitch threads and modify it to fit the access hole.

Poor Customer service at the Needham MA location
Case # 01635509 will explain the details.People like the night manager Russell wipes off the credibility that Staples built over the years.

Broke in one month
I really liked this chair for about a month and then one day I leaned back broke free of its fasteners leaving it almost completely horizontal. It was completely useless after and Staples told me to get lost bevause it was just over the 30 day return policy. (And no I’m not a big fat guy it’s just cheaply made)

Almost a great chair
The chair is attractive and comfortable. The store staff put it together for me. Not a good choice
The chair sits too low and is not comfortable for an 8 hour shift.Wasted my money.

The chair is just fine. The purchase was a nightmare. I was told it was not in stock they would ship one to the store and they would assemble it for $20.Also they would not ship it either free assembly or free shipping. I got neither. Comfy until the arms hug my thighs
It's a comfy chair can lean back has comfy cushion and support for back. The only thing making it not comfortable is the arm rest hugs my thighs making it hurt a bit. I am a curvy woman so I have this problem. I added a seat cushion for more comfort.

Reasonable priced comfy chair
Nice comfy faux leather chair with a high back. The chair does not "breath" so it can be a bit uncomfortable on warm days. Good price too.
