Exactly what I was looking for
I went to Staples and sat in every single chair and this one had exactly what i was looking for - a way to rest my head on the headrest without leaning backwards. The way the top tilts forward a little bit is perfect for me. The arm rests fit under my desk which is great so I can scoot right on up to my desk. To small
This is the most uncomfortable chair I have used. I am 5'8" and the seat is not wide or long enough. Very narrow and feels like I am boxed in. Cushion on the back is not great and the lumbar support feels like a rock in my back. Cushion on the seat part is hard. The armrest are to narrow and very uncomfortable. Super comfy! Great deal
This chair seems like it was made for me, perfect height, plus and soft yet has back support, and quite nice looking. I don’t know how long it’ll last but it feels sturdy and has a warranty

Nice big chair very comfortable.
I'm 6'2" and its hard to find a chair that I can be comfortable in for several hours / day. This one is great; the back comes above my shoulders and the padding is just right not too firm not too soft. Great price too.

Terrible Product
Bought the chair the end of March. A few weeks ago I noticed the screw covers starting to pop out. Shortly after that the left arm began to feel loose and lean. This week it seemed like it was tilting back more and more. Last night I sat in the chair and felt something poking me in my left leg and the chair went so far back I nearly fell over.

Rutherford Office Chair
Rutherford chair breaks too easily
I have only used this chair a couple of weeks, and it is already coming apart. A fastener in one of the arms has come out, and the arm on the right side is loose and the one on the left side is broken. Called the number in the instructions book and have been waiting 4 weeks for a new seat.

This was purchased assembled in the store. The receipt indicates a 3 year warranty, but does not provide information to contact anyone about repairs or replacement.
