Exactly what I was looking for
I went to Staples and sat in every single chair and this one had exactly what i was looking for - a way to rest my head on the headrest without leaning backwards. To small
This is the most uncomfortable chair I have used. I am 5'8" and the seat is not wide or long enough. Very narrow and feels like I am boxed in. Cushion on the back is not great and the lumbar support feels like a rock in my back. Cushion on the seat part is hard. The armrest are to narrow and very uncomfortable. Yay! New chair
Just what I needed to replace my old chair. I'm short, so there's a bit of a hop to get in and comfortable while at the same time keeping my arms at the right height for my laptop.
Only suggestion: the instructions made it seem that the chair bottom fit in the small opening. It doesn't.

Low Quality
At first I liked the chair. However, in less than 2 years it looks like it is 10 years old. I am not rough on furniture, I am not a big person. The upholstery has tears on the seat and in the back of the chair. Very poor quality and I would not recommend.

Nice big chair very comfortable.
I'm 6'2" and its hard to find a chair that I can be comfortable in for several hours / day. This one is great; the back comes above my shoulders and the padding is just right not too firm not too soft. Great price too.

Bought the chair the end of March. A few weeks ago I noticed the screw covers starting to pop out. Shortly after that the left arm began to feel loose and lean. Rutherford Office Chair
Rutherford chair breaks too easily
I have only used this chair a couple of weeks, and it is already coming apart. A fastener in one of the arms has come out, and the arm on the right side is loose and the one on the left side is broken. Called the number in the instructions book and have been waiting 4 weeks for a new seat.
