Every Ream of paper was opened at the end.
I was very surprised to see on every case & every Ream of paper was opened on the end. I had 3 cases like this.

Product vs. delivery
Product ordered and delivered quickly but was left at doors below sign that asked that deliveries please be taken to office door. It is a rainy day and the box sat out in the weather. Thankfully I saw the email of delivery and found it before it was ruined.

great customer service
My review is not so much about the paper but the shopping experience. A box of paper is too heavy for this (ahem) older woman to lift so I went to the register and a very helpful young man named Gabe brought it to the register then to my car. The paper is fine.
