They are my very durable and easily fit in my bags
I use these books to make daily task lists and show whether completed or not. I forget things or don’t complete tasks if I don’t have my book with me. They last a long time so I can look back if I am unsure about when something occurred.

tru red premium 1 subject notebook.
A nice solid small notebook. pages turn easily and lie flat making them easy to write upon. Very useful around the office.

not quite as described. I was looking for a smaller notebook. this notebook is about 4" wide, including the spirals.
