A good product to have

A five-subject notebook is always a handy, versatile item to have. I especially like that the dividers are also folders for other papers you acquire along the way. I only wish that the folders fit a full sheet of paper. Instead, I have to fold my papers in half to store them. Otherwise, no regrets.

Paper quality exceeded my expectations.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Mead’s five star five subject notebook and while the quality of paper was acceptable, it was not the ideal choice for writing with a fountain pen. The fountain pen ink would bleed through making the sheet look untidy. This notebook addresses that problem. While it’s not perfect, it is better than the regular Mead Five Star notebook.

A disappointing choice

I visited my Staples store to get some more of the TRU RED wirewound notebooks that I have been using for some time. I liked the narrow line spacing, cloth binding over the wirewound page binding. I liked the five plastic pocket pages for convenient storage of stuff.
