Excessive Pricing of Products (Order 29627)
Yesterday I bought a Brother DR820 drum for $177.99 and a 2 pack TN850 print cartridge(s) for $259.99. Total Cost was $511.76. My guess is that the drum costs Staples less than $4.00 and the cartridges Les than $8.00 each. Your “Mark-Up” is Excessive. I could have bought a new Brother printer for less, approx $489.00. drum still have a problem with scanning.
the drum I thought would fix my problem it did not. It still has a long from top to bottom of the paper only when I scan.

It works! I have always used Brother products and their original toner and drums except for one time. That turned out to be a disaster. The knockoff leaked toner over the paper and in the machine.

Best to use the genuine!
Nothing like using the genuine in my opinion. Having been burned a few too many times trying to same a dime it is never worth it in the long run. Brother makes a great product and stands behind it. Had the best pricing with Staples Business and best delivery.
