drum still have a problem with scanning.
the drum I thought would fix my problem it did not. It still has a long from top to bottom of the paper only when I scan.

We looked at the number n the cartridge and bought the same number. However it looked different than the one that needed to be changed Not your fault obviously. It works! I have always used Brother products and their original toner and drums except for one time. That turned out to be a disaster. The knockoff leaked toner over the paper and in the machine.

Best to use the genuine!
Nothing like using the genuine in my opinion. Having been burned a few too many times trying to same a dime it is never worth it in the long run. Brother makes a great product and stands behind it. Had the best pricing with Staples Business and best delivery.

Website compatibility listing is faulty. Beware!
Website lists this toner as compatible with HL-L2460DW when searching by printer. It is NOT compatible. Compatibility list is only correct when searching by Toner. Website design is misleading and resulted in a wasted trip and purchase

Quality product - User needs help ;-)
I have a long history with Brother products. I replace the drum shortly after the reminder pops up. I must have done something wrong this time, though. It has been installed less than a month and I am already getting reminders.
