Not super happy with my HP ink usage
I found it difficult to remove old cartridge. Prior HP printer I would push used cartridge in slightly and it would pop out. But new printer HP Deskjet 4227e you push down. Was not easy. Also my old cartridge stopped working even though displayed 1/4 ink left?!? So that was disappointing and means it will cost me more if this continues.

Done with HP
I purchased the XL because the regular ink cartridge lasted 50-60 pages. My next printer and laptop is NOT going to be HP and the printer will be the model where I buy and fill the ink myself. HP printer itself and especially customer service really do stink. Hp not what it used to be.

The last 2 orders I've had from Staples have been delayed many times. I'm disappointed with their delivery systems; fed ex & mail. Bring it up a notch & deliver on time.
