Horrible ink system
The system is meant so that one can replenish ink without the environmentally unsound cartridges, etc. But the design has so many flaws - including now very tight constructions - that the powder ink spills out everywhere when "pumping" it into the reserve well.

Problem I serting kit!!!
The instructions told us to turn the kit 120 degrees but it won't turn. Everything up to this point worked great and the flashing gold light is on as well as the plugged-in light. Now what?

Delivery not received.
Ordered this at the store in Chambersburg, PA and was told it would be delivered 10/21, now 10/25 and still do not have it. Requesting immediate resending by a reliable carrier or I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Messy
The product is fine, my problem was with the instructions. They are ALMOST foolproof. I say almost because they don't tell you to move the plunger handle from the side of the unit to the upright position BEFORE you start shaking the cartridge or toner will fall out!

Long Lasting
Getting the Neverstop Laser Printer was a good selection. Printer has never failed and, with my current use, only needs to be replenished with toner once a year.

Why I purchased my HP 143A Black never stop
I called HP for help and direction and one requirement was that the printer sleep mode could be disconnected
Based on that assurance, I purchased the printer. To my complete disappointment, the sleep mode could not be shut down.

the indicator never drop to low on toner it stay at +1 so I go to refill it the printer indicator said full and my computer said it fill half way won't accept second toner it use drop when it was low now it won't now I got recycle defective toner I took drum out to see if one of peace broke and they where all there so idk witch device to believe the toner been in box ov...

Difficult to use
When I first ordered the toner, the man is, Staples told me it would be so easy when I received the package I opened everything up shut. The toner put that in the socket, but it would not turn. I even had my son look at it to no avail. It is not as easy as everyone is making it out to be.

HP Ink Replacement
Very fast method to replace ink. You must follow the directions precisely. No mess and the idea to recycle the old cartridge is good for all. I’m happy with my printer and the ink lasts a long time.

Easy to use.
Easy to use, just follow the instruction sheet to refill. If anything goes wrong, repeat the previous step and it tends to fix itself.
