HP ink cartidges are refused use of by HP printer
HP inc.apparently has built in security logo to prevent owners of there printers from purchasing ink products from outside retailers at cheaper prices!A clear RACKET that should be illegal!but your HP inkn cartridge will not let printer work.

Excellent Customer Service
Your agent was very patient while I inserted the ink cartridge. I am 85 and printer issues were my husband’s responsibility, and he passed away 2 years ago. My son took care until now and I wanted to learn on my own

The ink is way too expensive it dries up and doesn't print many pages I know one thing for sure next time I buy a printer it won't be HP it has been my printer forever but it just doesn't seem worth it anymore

Not Happy
The quality of the cartridge is fine. Installation is normally easy and the cartridge registers electronically. So why did I rate it with two stars.
I'm extremely disappointed with the quantity of ink within these cartridges. Hp products are expensive, which makes printing expensive.

Runs out WAY too quickly!
Either dries up or runs out WAY too quickly. I tried to get one replaced that stopped after only 6 pages but it was just over the retirn period. I don't use it often but it feels very light and ive nevee gotten more than a dozen pages out of a cartridge. Waste of money, but I have no other choice!

ALMOST PERFECT
NOT ENOUGH INK IN THE CARTRIDGES. It only does 47 pages. My old 3630 did twice the amount. I really do not appreciate having to spend only on cartridges. But I do like the printer in its shed. Sleek, perfect size easy set up.
