HP ink cartidges are refused use of by HP printer
HP inc.apparently has built in security logo to prevent owners of there printers from purchasing ink products from outside retailers at cheaper prices!A clear RACKET that should be illegal!but your HP inkn cartridge will not let printer work.

Difficult to set up
I used to love HP printers and I bought this thinking the duplex printing would be nice. I am used to plug and play. Not so with this printer. I have an iMac...everything is geared to PC's and it wants me to use google. There is not a hard copy of the manual, and not enough ink to print one. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HP any longer.

It was so wonderful finding the HP cartridges, being the originals. I've had to use some off brand before. Thanks for the speedy delivery. I wasn't out yet, but pretty near!!!!

Fair.
Color copy not always true to original, but better than previous supply of HP 67 standard. Too early to evaluate on how long it lasts - - - - - -- but the life of the regular HP 67 was disappointing. Delivery time was very quick.

Completely Dissatisified
I am totally unhappy with my new HP Envy 6055 printer and having to use HP Smart. I am going to change brands and get away from HP products in the future. They have really gone downhill!

"not a morning printer"
OK for the price; not very fast, has to reconnect each day, like someone who hates mornings before coffee. But once it gets going its good, and has full functions. Haven't tried the fax, but printed, coped and scanned.
