Toner Refill Kit
Worked perfectly. This type of printer "Never Stop" get a lot of work from my home based business. I always try to keep a Toner Refill Kit ready when the copies start look a little pale. Just recharge a keep working, regardless how late at night it is.

Didn’t really work
I never got it to work properly, I couldn’t press the plunger down all the way. I tried everything that was recommended. Finally, I turned off the printer and could remove the cartridge. I think I got some ink into the printer but I’m not certain how much.

These refill kits may very well just all be caked up inside and no powder comes out
These printers are a little bit older and it could be that all of the ink refill kits that are currently sitting on shelves are just so old and caked on that not too much powder comes out. Problem I serting kit!!!
The instructions told us to turn the kit 120 degrees but it won't turn. Everything up to this point worked great and the flashing gold light is on as well as the plugged-in light. Now what?

Ordered this at the store in Chambersburg PA and was told it would be delivered 10/21 now 10/25 and still do not have it. Requesting immediate resending by a reliable carrier or I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Horrible ink system
The system is meant so that one can replenish ink without the environmentally unsound cartridges etc. But the design has so many flaws - including now very tight constructions - that the powder ink spills out everywhere when "pumping" it into the reserve well.

I got the 2 pack since the stores don’t seem to stock these refills. Seems like they stock the $80 refills but the $18 refills they don’t care about so I had to order them and decided on the 2 pack.
