Works with many devices connected
This has been great. We are a family of 8 and this thing feeds chromebooks, laptops, pc, tvs, gaming consoles, phones, tablets, and streaming devices all with no problem. It also has a free trial of parent controls that’s pretty cheap after the trial. Highly recommended.

Netgear is bad
Horrible router with bad support. Only had this Netgear rax50 router one year and the company wanted to charge me to get it back online after I paid a fortune to purchase it brand new. I purchased a TP Link router and it works flawlessly with no issues. Would never purchase Netgear again Ior recommend anyone mess with this company.

Great performance and coverage
The NETGEAR Nighthawk AX5400 (RAX50) has been working great for my home network. Setup was straightforward, and once it was running the connection has been extremely reliable. I experience almost no lag, even with multiple devices connected at the same time.

This is my second Netgear
router in five years. Their products are reliable, which is why when my previous one was outdated, I chose to upgrade to the next level. My wifi signal is strong and can connect easily to my devices. The set up for this model was sooo easy. I feel confident about the level of service and security.

NETGEAR nighthawk
Purchased a new AX5400 wi-fi router to update older nighthawk. Was very happy at how my speeds increased and how easy it was to connect my printer just by pressing the button on the router. Very fast internet upload and download speeds! Love the app where you can view all your connected devices, check for updates etc. A very good investment for the money, especially wit...

Home Security
Works very well with Optimum router. If you want control over your equipment the Nighthawk is the router to get. Easy to configure and block out unwanted guests.

Works well
I had to run the set up a few times for some reason, it stalled. But eventually, I got everything up and running and has been running well since I installed it a few weeks ago. I have FIOS and finally replaced the equipment that came with the service hoping to upgrade my coverage, which it did. Now it covers my whole house along with my backyard and patio area.

Sat In The Box
I bought a refurbished unit which sat in the box for several months. When I did open the box, I found that one of the antenna mounts was loose. Had some issues with the installation but all turned out well.

Not a fan
I purchased this router thinking it would be an upgrade from my previous Netgear router and still allow me to use old router as a WAP and with the WiFi6 Nighthawk mesh system. Trying to setup private network to use static IP and this router has nothing but issues
