VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
I purchased the La-Z-Boy Aberdeen chair from Staples.com on 2/27 because the store didn't have it in stock. After the chair was delivered to my home, I took it to the store to have it assembled. Nice chair, but could use more cushion.
I’ve had the chair for about 2 weeks now.
I weigh just a tad over 200 lbs. I sit in this chair 6 to 8 hours per day. It’s pretty comfortable, more so than the others I’ve tried, but after a while it still bottoms out where I’m feeling solid beneath me instead of cushion. I supplement it with a 2” gel/foam combo cushion and so far that seems to work OK.

Husband is happy
Your staff was so helpful. They struggled to get the chair into the car, but succeeded. The chair is beautiful. The old torn one is out for collection. My husband is now in love only with his chair. What's a wife to do???

Don't buy this chair
After just two years of use, this chair gave up on life. The "leather" on the seat cushion has worn very thin in multiple spots and is now full of huge shredded tears. I'm not a large person. I'm nowhere near the listed weight capacity of this chair. I have other pieces of leather furniture that are over 30 years old that haven't worn down like this. For what this...

LOVE this chair!

La-Z-Boy Aberdeen Chair
The bolts to attach the rear of the arm rests were not long enough. This necessitated buying longer cap screws. In addition, once the arms are attached, they want to pull the seams on the back apart. It's certainly comfortable. but assembly is problematic.

Beautiful & Comfortable
I didn't fully realize how worn out my old office chair was until I sat in this one in the store! Wow! This is an "above average" desk chair, but I am so glad I purchased it. Sitting at my desk for hours is much more comfortable and enjoyable.

Great except for the arms
I love everything about this chair; it’s lush, soft comfortable and lovely to look at. The only problem is the arms are too tall which causes me neck and elbow pain ☹️
