I recommend this chair
I have a tear in the lining of my disk in my lower back and struggle with a lot of pain from sitting all day on other desk chairs , I bought this chair and instantly found relief . The only thing I wish it had was a tilting lock feature that will keep the chair tilted back. Other than that this is a great chair for me and my back injury.

HORRIBLE service
My chair broke less than 3 months after I bought it. Completely broke, I was unable to sit in it anymore. After contacting Staples, they gave me three different ways to contact them. Their phone doesn’t work. Email comes back undeliverable and I had to submit a claim through their website. I NEVER received ANY form of a response. I spent so much money on complete trash ...

Very comfy!
I find this chair to be very comfortable and exactly what I needed to keep from slouching and/or sitting on my bent leg to get comfortable as I had to in my old chair. I love that the wheels roll super smoothly and allow me to move around my small office with ease. My only wish would be for the arms to be optional. Unfortunately, the arm brackets are what hold the back...

great chair, no option for delivery. I purchased 2, one for home and another for the office.
Only reason for 4 stars, no option for delivery. 2nd chair I purchased online claimed 2 in inventory. When I went to the store, none in stock at the location, no option for delivery and no offer for store with inventory to send to store location. So I had to go to 3 location...

Most comfortable office chair I've had in years
This chair was a tad more expensive than the others I'd looked at, but I looked it over pretty carefully and realized it had a build quality noticeably better than that of the other chairs I'd considered. So I took a shot and had it delivered.
It wasn't any big deal to assemble and I've loved how comfortable it is since the first time I sat in it. I'm just under 6'...

Sturdy and comfortable.
Needed a replacement for a (very) old office chair. Found this on in store, testing fit, feel and ease of use. Assembled with minimal difficulty, and began using it. Very comfortable, as it should be for a chair to be used many hours per day.

Comfortable chair
I love the movable arms. I leave them out of the way most of the time but if I ever want them usable, I just move them into position. Seat and back are firm and will be more comfortable as they break in.
