Descale button
I love this coffee maker, however I can't seem to get the descale light to turn off. Yes, I have done everything to descale it but the light will not reset.

I have had my 3rd K-Slim just stop working and shutting itself off. I have been told to toss the other two and start again. I cannot believe I have had 3 go bad...Where is the problem!! Poor Customer Service
Terrible customer service on defective machine. Technician could not provide a solution for the problem and agreed to replace the machine. Replacement process was very complicated and slow

Love my new K-Slim coffee maker
I have had several keurig coffee makers and have had lots of trouble with them. This little thing is working great and fits the limited space in my small kitchen.

Broken Keurig

Choose a different model!
This is my third K-Slim. The previous two lost the
ability to receive power, which happened after descaling with Keurig descaler. The first one that went bad Keurig replaced without issue as it was still in warranty. The second one was just a few months over warranty. I purchased the third one and for my trouble Keurig gave me two small boxes of coffee. I like the kslim...

Works Okay so far
I had a similar model that was used mostly on weekends and needed to be "descaled" even though I used filtered water. I followed the descale steps twice and then the machine just died. The new one says it can be used for "250" brews before descaling. I hope that is correct because I am counting. Also, enclosed in the box were coupons that expired in 2023 for more pods...

Not a reliable product! No warranty!
The previous K-Slim I owned died after 9 months. Keurig would NOT honor the warranty. Instead, only offered me a deal to buy new K-Slim for $79.99. When this one dies in 9 months, I will change brands!

Last chance
Purchased this one to replace a 2 1/2 year old slim model just like it. Descale process messed up the last one beyond your help desk's ability to help. It will be our last one if it doesn't last a reasonable amount of time.

Love the multi stream technology
I have always loved the Keurig coffee makers
this one definitely tastes better with the multi stream
technology this time
A better tasting cup each time I comparison with the
regular brew one cups.
So far, very satisfied . I have had this mod almost 1 month

K-Slim is awesome!
Our K-Slim is excellent. Please consider an elevated riser to prevent coffee drips from splashing on the countertop.
