Descale button
I love this coffee maker, however I can't seem to get the descale light to turn off. Yes, I have done everything to descale it but the light will not reset.

I have had my 3rd K-Slim just stop working and shutting itself off. I have been told to toss the other two and start again. I cannot believe I have had 3 go bad...Where is the problem!! Small but powerful
This is my second one of the same style, love it but note the coupons that came inside expired in 2023 not the current 2025. Love the red color as it matches my kitchen.

Lid doesn't seat properly with k-cup
Works fine but lid doesn't close properly with k-cup inserted. Closes perfectly without k-cup but with one it is not seated - raises up 1/8 or so -- still works - but it's really weird - bad engineering.

Great coffee maker.
This is the best KEURIG maker I’ve ever purchased. It’s quick, quieter and hot. Perfect size for traveling.

Lid doesnt shut
Nice looking but lid doesn’t shut with kcups. Coffee grounds get in my coffee. Im using donut shop filled k cup sold by keurig. Bad design

This model seems designed to break within a year
This is now our 3rd coffee maker in 5 years. The last one quit working just a few months past warranty. It almost seems like the coffee makers should be part of the autoship program. It's been a year, your machine will be breaking soon time to get another. I have seen my parents machine and my sisters machine last a decade or more so I'm not sure if it's this particular...

Space saver
I have replaced this model 4 times, 3 were cover under the warranty. Over time no matter which ounce size you choose the coffee maker will only pour 8oz. The 3rd replacement I was told that thus would not happen again. Well it did! I continue to purchase this model because of the thin style, it doesn’t take a lot of space on your counter.

Awful
Awful, less than two weeks it’s malfunctioning. Pours less than half of what you select, so if you select 12oz it doesn’t even give you 6 oz.

Unhappy customer
Noisy machine the i e i had before was quiet. Last machine showed descaling needed did it and the light stays on. Not so happy with machines. Also coffee grinds were coming out alond with water splater.The app took my order 3 times when i wanted only 1.
Want to return and being told i have to pay to return the 2 machines. Big companylike you should do free returns.

Poor Customer Service
Terrible customer service on defective machine. Technician could not provide a solution for the problem and agreed to replace the machine. Replacement process was very complicated and slow

Love my new K-Slim coffee maker
I have had several keurig coffee makers and have had lots of trouble with them. This little thing is working great and fits the limited space in my small kitchen.
