I ordered the K- Single Serve Coffee Maker, and it turned out to be a lemon. It just did not work. I called Keurig, and we discussed the problem. She immediately told me that she would send me - another one, and it came in 2 days. The coffee maker works very well.

I'm not sure why I did, but I ordered another K-slim after my last one died. My previous unit failed after only three uses in two years.

I love it! No more disposing of almost a full pot of coffee after drinking only two cups. It fits greaf next to my fridge and my cup is always hot when brewed one cup at a time. Took a minute for this 86 year old to figure out how to used it. No more problems after that. I would recommend this to anyone.

PERFECT

Pretty but not for us.
This won't be fair as we only tried to use it once. Turns out the place to put the water goes under our cabinets and is impossible to access. Did not realize that when I bought it. will probably donate it.

Just a couple changes and it would be perfect.
Takes longer to make a cup of coffee. Though it punches more holes in the pods, no water comes out of the extra spikes, so no extra flavor. I would like it to make a hotter cup of coffee. Love the size of it though!
