Does the job
This scanner works exactly as it should. It copies both sides with one pass through the machine. The copies can be saved to the computer or to various cloud based drives. The software is straightforward and easy to use. Be sure to follow the directions for downloading the drivers and software. Some reviewers seemed not to understand this point. Installation Nightmare
This product could not be found on any of my devices . I tried my computers, my laptop, my mac. The driver download simply would not work for us.

Not user friendly!

Jams a lot
I feel like the scanner works about 1/2 the time. Most times when I'm trying to add a piece of paper or an insurance card, I have to redo it a few different times.

Energy Star makes this shut off too frequently
I really like the price comparison and the double page scanning. The Energy Star I could really do without.

Lack of Notice of Needed Extra Item
I find on opening the package that the item needs a recording medium which I assume is elsewhere in the store. A second trip to get it could have been avoided if a notice to obtain the item had been placed near the device. A minor inconvenience.

Not Bad But Not the Best
Overall, it's a great little scanner. However, it does not recognize thin, thermal paper and it takes too many tries to get it to pull it in. I wanted to use it to scan magazine pages without tearing the pages in half, but it gets stuck on the fold bump every time.

Always needs to be re installed!!
Not a simple little scanner like I was hoping for. Needs to be re installed everytime I need to use it. Not happy.....

EASY PEASY
This little unit is so convienent to use for scanning 2 sided paper or single side. Love the small size for my desk. Makes scanning a pleasure now.
