perfect for small jobs. Works nicely.
I was able to attach the scanner to both a tablet and a laptop, run the brother scanner driver install which included paperport. Paperport is a nice app. Love the grip the scanner gives the documents when they are inserted. Scans without issue, very nice hardware. Love it that I can easily use with other devices and small enough to be portable.

Impossible to use, and I’m tech savvy
This this is junk. Nothing makes sense. The instruction manual doesn’t even tell you how to use it. After looking up a few videos, I finally was able to get it to work…once…then it stopped working again. Please don’t buy this.

Excellent scanner
A lot of neg reviews but once you learn this item it’s an excellent item. Here’s the stuff I found out:
Google the item and watch a YouTube review to learn how to operate it. The instructions are worthless as previously stated by others which is too bad because brother has a great scanner they just dropped the ball on the delivery.

This tool makes a hotel workspace that much more efficient. When you are creating documents that have to be sent to the home office on a secure network from your hotel room, this is the perfect tool. Great Scanner but charging is a pain
Perfect product except it would only charge connected to a laptop, which just does not make sense for a wireless portable scanner!!!

Great for field workers
Works well for closing call documents in the work van. The mobile app could use a lot of refinement but it handles the basics. When connected with the laptop over WiFi or Bluetooth the customized one click workflows are amazing time savers once setup.

Limited performance and complicated WiFi setup
I personally was not impressed with this purchase. I found that I had to manually feed each page through the scanner and there was not a way for the machine to separate pages automatically. This presented a huge challenge for me. This is made for the individual who may need a page or two every once in a while that needs scanned.

Small, Portable, Lite weight, affordable
It's a little confusing to navigate at first, but it makes scanning receipts for our business so much faster and easier.

Nifty little scanner.
This small scanner works great! Simple and easy to use. I bought a warranty that was inexpensive, although, after using the scanner a few times, I believe I will never need to use the warranty. It works that well!!

Great for the Price.
The set up was lacking information as I was trying to hook it up via wifi. There was other options online that were not included in the brochure. But, the image, scanning capabilities were great for me as I had an older HP scanner that didn't meet my expectation anymore. Wish I can just press scan without the app being open but I am still learning to use it.

The app is so poorly and disappointing. Every time you turn it back on it takes a long time to connect back on. I don’t recommend this product if you planning just to scanned through wifi. Very disappointed

Returned because it did not convert to a M/S word document. Needed to convert to Adobe and then to Word, I would re write the document faster!
