Our goal is for you to have an exceptional laundry day, so we're truly sorry to hear about this. Usually when this happens, the pod didn't get enough contact with water. If you aren't doing so already, place the pod in the washer before your fabrics. Be sure your load isn't too large, and that there aren't too many absorbent items in there too. Thank you so much for sharing your experience. Since our pods are water soluble, this can happen if not enough water comes into contact with the pod. We recommend putting the pod in first followed by your fabrics. Make sure the load isn't too large, and make sure there aren't too many absorbent items.
