very good headset, microphone is good and the sound is very clear with no downsides, other than that the headphone jack wire itself is a bit short

Comfortable with good sound
Very nice and stylish headset. Lightweight and comfortable. I wish it had a volume control on the headset when using the Xbox. The controls are on the PC adapter only. Very happy with the purchase.

Great BUT one major flaw

Great Audio but Average Mic
The audio quality is great, and I especially like the 7.1 surround sound by enabling spatial sounds in some games.
However, considering the great audio quality, the microphone is not that good to be honest. I mean, it is okay for a standard headphone, but not great for a gaming headset like this. That could have been better.

Legion H500 are awesome!
Excellant sound and headset is very comfortable. Does not hurt the ears and sits comfortably.

great sound quality for the price!
The sound quality is something i didin't expect form those kind of headphone but it sound great and very comfortable. i'm not a 7.1 user but the stereo function is wonderfull and for the price it can face to face a lot of higher priced competitor.

Sound is great - earpad cover appears to be poor
Bought the headset in April. 6-months later the cover on one of the earpads is coming off.
Got a terrible run-around trying to just find out can I fix it by getting a new earpad. My guess is no, but no-one can help me. All I get is one department transferring me to another department. From the original website question answer through 4 phone numbers

Best headset for gaming and other entertainment
Probably the best headset I've owned. They set perfectly on your head. The sound is amazing and the retractable mic is a nice touch

Good but not great.
Good but not great. The mic mute is a switch on the side that is hard to read. A mute indicator light would have been nice too.

Very comfortable!
I have a big noggin, and its been hard to find a good fitting set.

Good for people who wear glasses.
Very comfortable with my glasses. I'm working in office and listening music. Strongly recommend this set. Will buy one more for my wife. Thank you for this awesome technology.
