This is lightweight but the lock is very secure. Set up was a breeze! Now I need 5 more!

Terrible
Within a week, it would not open using the keypad. The next day, it would not open using the key. We had to pry it open to get the stuff out of it. All in less than one week. Do not buy this thing. It is worthless. I am just hoping Staples takes it back.

Don't Bother
I purchased two of these to replace my previous security chests and both are going back. These are very cheaply made and flimsy; a child could break into them. If there is a fire and the box by chance makes it the contents will be waterlogged as there is not a good seal. I can't give it 0 stars or I would.

Functional, but poor design
I like the ease of entry via keypad, but see no purpose for the klutzy twist lock that sort of simulates a deadbolt. This additional feature must be turned to re-lock the case. It is an unnecessary extra step, when the keypad lock could just re-latch automatically when closed. The other problem I have with this case is that the handle is useless for lifting without tum...

The handle kept falling off. I can’t believe Honeywell put their name on that poorly designed lockbox. I immediately returned the box and showed the Staples personnel it’s flawed design.
