Staying with a brave I trust.
These plugs are awesome! I have more then 10 plugs. When I went to the Etekcity they were discontinued. I'm happy to find them at Staples. I plan to order more today. 👍🏻

Doesn’t work
Plugged it in and followed the directions to set it up with 2.4 wifi and after it failed about a hundred times I gave up. Even tried turning off my cellular data and moving right up next to the router. Very disappointed

Awesome Product.!!!

Let's see what we can do to help! Sometimes performing a factory reset can help the outlet successfully connect to the app. Please try pressing and holding the power button for 20-25 seconds or until the light starts flashing rapidly. From there, you should be able to connect it to the VeSync app. Please email support@etekcity if you have any further questions. Our team is here for you.

Etekcity smart outlets.
I have 26 Etekcity smart outlets in my home. Most are the ESW01 style. I have 4 ESW15 smart outlets. The are all very stable as I have very little trouble with them staying connected to my home Wi-Fi network.
I have given the ESW01 outlets as gifts and the recipients haven’t had any problems with.
