Product was fantastic. Shipping was ridiculous but fixed within a few days. We were supposed to get next day delivery but it was reported that the item could not be delivered. This pushed us getting the product out three days while we sorted out the delivery issue. We were totally out of ink and the only reason we went with Staples was the next day delivery. We will n...

low ink
I've purchased this ink online in the past and have never had an issue. My recent order was very disappointing. After only using the ink cartridge a few times it started to register low on ink. I'm not sure if this is something that was refurbished or not. I hope I don't continue to have issues in the future.

Yield is far less than described maybe 50-60% at the most. Very disappointed.
