For best results, we recommend using only the included markers, Washable Bold & Bright Markers and Washable Window Markers. To clean the board, we suggest wiping the drawing surface with a damp cloth. Dry the board by wiping with a dry cloth to remove any remaining moisture and residue. Drawings left on the surface for an extended period of time may need a drop of liquid dish soap on a damp cloth to remove. Use a dampened cloth with water to remove the liquid dish soap and dry thoroughly with a dry soft cloth to remove any residue. Do not immerse the unit in water to clean. It is great to hear the Crayola Ultimate Light Board is creatively entertaining your child for hours. However, it is clear that some aspects of the product are causing frustration for you.
