Poor
The Air is not cool enough even when i use the snowflake button which is supposed to make the air even cooler but does not!

Great value for the price
I work in an office where the central a/c is not functioning in my area so I use fans a lot but wanted to get a portable a/c to cool the area down. After filling the tank with water and giving it about 15 minutes to really get going, I feel the coolness of the a/c. I love that it oscillates and that you can maneuver the vertical air flow as well. It's not too loud eithe...
