Hard to get it to work
Using Windows 11 tried both USB and wifi. Only way I could ever get it to work was to reboot the computer first. The instructions did not match the product. There is no display on the device itself. Wasting my time.

Worked great until HP screwed me
This was great at first worked over a year without an issue. HP decided it needed a software update and forced me to update before it would let me scan my docs. Now my computer sees the scanner is there but the HP software doesn't I can't get in touch with HP support. So far spent 3-4 hours trying to get it to work again. I'll never buy from HP again after this I have ...

did not work
not even used for a whole 1 month time. My computer was unable to find the device. I uninstalled the driver and reinstalled still it was not connecting to system.

GREAT SCANNER!
The build quality of the Pro 2000 scanner is pretty good, the visual quality of scanned images and text is very accurate and are never misaligned. After previously holding onto an old Konica Minolta copier for scanning, I'm very happy I donated the copier and replaced it with the Pro 2000. I should have made the change long ago.
