Horrible
Have to call customer service every time there's a windows update. The scanner cannot be found and has to be complete re-installed every time. Frustrating!

I needed a Scanner that would handle scans over 100 pages, fast with options to edit the scan.
This does all that and more.

do not buy this scanner
My computer and printer are both HP so I decided to switch from my old Canon scanner to this HP scanner. About 95% of the scan attempts return "Something Went Wrong, please try again." Infuriating. I have troubleshooted in every way possible yet the problem persists. I'm returning and going back to Canon.

Did not last a month
I bought this less than a month ago and have to send it back as a thin black line started showing up on the center of my images. Some images had no line, some had a partial line and some a full line down the entire image. Luckily this happened within 30 days and HP will replace it with a brand new scanner. Only thing is I have to wait a few days to get an email with ret...
