DOA
Upon opening the box and taking out the wand, I noticed there was a little rattling sound. I plugged it in and charged it anyway. After charging for 6 hours, I pressed the power button -- nothing happened. The UV light did not come one. Unfortunately, when I went online to return/replace, it was already past the allowed return date.

Don;t order
I plugged it in and it charged fine. Blue light came on when I powered it on and worked twice. Now sanitizing light will not come on!! So disappointed.

Tzumi Ion UV Portable Sanitizing UV-C Wand
The first one I bought works great, the second one didn't work at all and I returned it and bought another one, which only lights part of the way. Wouldn't buy another.
