Crunched paper
I guess my Xerox paper was crunched in shipment. The whole ream had one corner all crunched up. I guess you get what you pay for. Otherwise it would have been a great deal.

AWESOME
I love how big the reams are and for the price it is definitely worth purchasing. Our copier is about 7 - 8 years old and started jamming with cheap paper, with this paper it does not jam. For the 20lb paper we have 3 we can use, the pink wrap HP paper, or Hammermill blue. All other 20lb paper jams.
