Bad delivery service
They use the worst delivery service around the first order.Never reached me went somewhere else.The second one they delivered in the wrong location on my property where it says all deliveries to rear never use staples delivery service again

Paper = good. Carton condition = bad
The paper is great. A good product for a good price. You can get brighter white but only at a higher price. The reason for only 4 stars is that Staples somehow manages to deliver the box damaged, every time. The paper survives but the box has burst corners and/or the side panels of the top are split. There's a poly strap holding the top on but it's often missing or brok...
