Disappointed
I was excited to get this chair arrived and it was missing pieces that Staples is not willing to replace. Go with another option.

seat feels pitched forward
uncomfortable forward pitch on seat. I wish there was a lever to adjust the seat to angle back slightly. Our prior chairs had this feature and it is missed on this chair. I actually thought it was a standard feature, but sadly now I realize it is an option.

This chair is very comfortable, I love the wide, cushioned seat and the mesh ergonomic back is one of the best I’ve found without being adjustable. With a couple of tweaks this could be a great chair!
