So far so good!
The quality of the tape matters greatly — first tape used was made in another country & background hissing was annoying. Played a tape made by Capitol Records — sound was excellent. Finally glad to listen to my Classic & Alt Rock collection again!

Sorry excuse for a walkman...
Bought for my son because the one he had only had one headphone channel working. Less than 24 hrs later...one of the channels on the new walkman went silent to the day. The irony!!!!

Jensen stereo cassett recorder
Tone is good I had to use another head phone. Plug headset that came with cassett I did not like. Also there is no way you can reverse a tape. If I had known this I would have never bought this.

poor head phone
sounded like I was listening to music in an empty box or paper tube. replaced headphones with an older pair I had and sounded great.

Perfect!
This is exactly what I was looking for. I have walking tapes I love to listen to and now I can. Also I listen to the baseball game while walking. So the tape/radio combo is perfect!

Not so good
Unfortunately we ordered two of them and one stopped working (earphones too). I wish I could get reimbursed because the boys did pay for themselves.
