Nice desk chair
Since I have short legs I really like that this chair has a shorter seat. I also like the shorter back since I tend to sit up straight

Not the same
I bought this chair last year based on sitting in the floor model at the store. The one in the box that I bought (yes it's the same chair) has no spring feel to the seat. After a year the leather on the seat peeled up and cracked. I've had to buy a new chair not the same brand

My Dormeo chair has a Serta emblem on it.
I love my first Dormeo chair so much I bought one for work. This new one says Serta on the back and does not feel like my old one (which is only 8 months old). Customer Service had no explanation for the tag. The new chair pushes your back forward and there is no adjustment for it. I'm hoping using it for a while will 'break it in' so it feels more like my old one.

Thus far overall good
The quality of the chair is great. However the comfort level is could be better. This comes from the fact that the back is not as high as it should be for adult users. Therefore good I say the overall condition is good thus far.

Good Looking Chair.
It was easy to assemble and looks good. The only negative feature is the lack of lumbar support. I have to put a pillow behind my back to feel comfortable. Otherwise the other features work well and it is well cushioned.

Had Chair 1 1/2 years Vinyl Peeling
I love the comfort of this chair. It moves well on the floor and is comfortable to sit in for long hours. However it's been about a year and a half since purchasing. The "leather" at the lead edge of the seat is peeling all along the front edge of the seat. It also is starting to peel on the left arm. It has a 5 year warranty but what a shame they didn't put stronger ...

I love this chair
I love this chair. It is the perfect size for me. I was having a lot of back issues from my other chair. I have no back issues any more. I love the grey color and the leather is very nice.
