Awesome chair.
When I bought mine it was the only chairin the store that was rated 5 stars and it was the only chair that had a sit rating for 9 hours.

Lift mechanism broke warranty is a lie
The lift mechanism broke after just three years of basic home use and the advertised warranty is 10 years but really if you look at the La-z-boy website it's actually one year for service and three years for the lift mechanism and only one year for any upholstery products. A chair being sold for this price with this brand name should last at least five years.

Office Chair
So far excellent chair very comfortable and several control features for armrest and height control. Additionally leaning back part of chair for comfort.

Perfect chair for lumbar and also neck
I went to a local Staples store to sit in chairs to make sure I purchased a chair that was comfortable due to lower back pain and also neck pain from a previous auto roll-over accident. New Chair Comfort
My new chair feels nothing like the store model. I'm hoping it's because it has not been used by many people trying it out. I've used it for almost 2 weeks and I like it. Just hope I soon love it. It is an improvement over my previous one which is also a La-Z-Boy.

Great office chair

Love La-Z-Boy support!
I am extra large my wife is small petite. I'm very comfortable in this chair and so is my wife! She uses a foot stool so her feet touch and the support is better for her back than her recliner. Comfortable and durable
Unlike cotton padded chairs the memory foam and rubber arm rests should last much longer while behind comfortable. It feels comfortable after 9 hours of programming.

Comfortable chair
My daughter bought one so I had a chance to sit in it repeatedly before buying one for myself. The internet price on Staples is $20 cheaper than the store price fyi. Office chair
It is very comfortable chair. That It’s a little pricey but you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t change my decision. I liked it in the store and I like it at home.
