Big not tall
if you are over 5'8" this chair is not for you. the head rest is at shoulder blades making this chair very uncomfortable. if you are big but not tall this chair is for you.

Good chair
Arrived with some minor damage on the left arm rest. Not enough to take it apart and send it back. I’ll sew it up myself. Leather is a plus build quality is good. Will be enjoying this limited warranty for 10 years. All n all it’s a decent chair.

Made for a Short Person
While it is big in the seat everything is made out of plastic and as a 6'7" man I feel like it is teetering. Also there is an annoying head pillow right at my shoulder blades that make it so it doesn't fit. DO NOT ORDER THIS CHAIR IF OVER 6'2"

Tilts to one side
I want to love this chair. It's comfortable it rolls nicely it seems well made -- but it tilts slightly to one side. I don't know how long it's going to be usable but we'll keep trying to correct it.

Nice but HUGE piece of furniture!
I needed something more sturdy than the big lots work chair I got when the pandemic started and I had to work from home. This chair sounded great but when it got here and the guy installed it and put it together it wouldnt fit through the door to the office area! As a tall and large man I thought this would be a great chair for me. I'm within the weight limit and am definitely tall (6'6) This is not for a tall man. the "headrest" hits me at the lower end of my shoulder blades. The very best I ever sat in
You can not go wrong with this massive well built office chair. Actually when I sat in the smaller model 3 years ago my heart was set on this extremely comfortable ultra relaxing chair. So much I got it for my bed room relaxing chair for watching tv. Better than most living room furniture chair.

Not comfortable. Head cushion pushes your head forward Chair does not go low enough. Buttons on seat are uSncomfortable. Seat is too firm. Difficult to assemble.

Buttons coming off
On first day of use the four buttons on the seat part of the chair popped out and jab into the back side as you sit. Requesting a return.

This is a great chair for a tall or bigger person. The seat is well cushioned and the chair moves easily on a chair mat. Height is adjustable allowing it to work for a variety of desk heights.
