No Manufacturer Support
The cam died within a couple of months and only a handful of uses. Staples doesn't carry the product so it's not an exchange item in the stores and their online people say to go through the manufacturer. The manufacturer won't help at all saying to exchange at Staples. Bottom line don't buy this product if you want to get your money's worth.

Excellent camera that works with windows 10 with minimal effort just plug and play and you can also get a Webcam app from the windows store if you would like to adjust the look and feel of the video feed.

J5 Create - webcam for Virtual Office
While I haven't had the chance to try this in any adverse conditions (I'm in a well-lit space with a window) I can say that the color rendition and quality of the image is very good. I am a little disappointed in the distortion of the image. The wide angle quality of the lens pushes the background further back but it actually covers more territory than I'm used to - so...

Ok not great.
Picture quality is good but the sound quality of the mic is muffled. Could have been better for the price point.

Falls off monitor
Camera doesn't clamp well onto the monitor. The front piece hangs down over monitor and covers up the top line of my monitor. Ex: Search field in Outlook partially covered up by camera.

Excellent Webcam
Love this webcam and have ordered it multiple times for others in my office. Clear picture. Perfect for Zoom calls! I would highly recommend it!

No secure way to mount
The only logical way to mount it was along the top edge. Problem is it is not securely mounted there and it doesn't do up close from there.

Quit working after 2 months of use
Installed the camera and it worked great for the first 90 days. Then all of a sudden it started flickering more and more tot he point it was not usable in a meeting. A lot of money for something that kicks the bucket after 60 days of use.

Great for the price
I purchased 2 of these for the office so we could have video and audio together for ever increasing Zoom meetings we have. Works great video is good and the camera angle is wider than the one on my laptop. Just plugs into a USB port so it can be shared between employees until we can purchase more of them.

Good video
This webcam has excellent video. Works well for business conference calls. The 360 degree rotation is more of a gimmick than something that most people will ever used. What would be more worth while would be a manual focus.
