No +/-
There is no +/- to adjust the amount of soap dispensed. We have to put our hands under the sensor multiple times to get enough soap. Sadly, we can’t use this.

Efficient rechargeable dispenser
I bought this unit to replace a battery operated soap dispenser in the bathroom which ate batteries at an alarming rate. The new unit dispenses just the right amount of soap and sits nicely on the edge the basin. Very pleased with my purchase so far

It was what I wanted
It was what I wanted but the set I have was 2 pumps with a space fora sponge. The pumps were bigger than the one I received. A little disappointed but it works.

Liquid sensor pump

Newest Liquid Sensor Pump.
So far it has been working great. Much better for me than the Foam Sensor pump. I chose the polished stainless steel color which is beautiful.
The sensor that measures the amount of product to dispense is such a great feature.

amazing!
have always been a huge fan of simplehuman products! four stars for the charger being usb-a to usb-c, instead of usb-c on both ends. it is a minor inconvenience for our household. product itself functions great and looks sleek!

Needs some improvement
I like it very much but the internal life battery lasted less than 2 years
It should be easy to replace. I had to through out my unit. Fortunately it was ander warrantee and they sent me a new dispenser

So fa good. At least
So fa good. At least this one is working. We shall hope it still works after refilling. The first one did not. I am happy this new one has a different on /off switch. Seems that first one might have had a defective switch for on/off. Thank you.
