Great company great product.
I love the liquid sensor pump. When my previous one for that room stopped working I was about to order a replacement. On line I saw there was a2 year Warantee. I called and they sent me a replacement in two days! This is an updated from my others with a new charger and wide opening for refill. Even more to love.

Love how it works as long as it keeps working
I’ve had several of these and am hoping these new ones have better batteries. My older ones won’t charge and you can’t get into them to change the battery.

Impressed with warranty
I had a problem with soap dispenser, Tried a couple of suggestions they offered. Worked for a little bit but problems came back. I let Simple Human know and within days I had a new soap dispensor. Thank you for the GREAT SERVICE!

Third time the charm

So far so good
I’ve had one of these before dispensing dish soap and I loved it. It only lasted a year though before it wouldn’t charge anymore. No other dispenser compares so that’s why I bought another one. It keeps all the water mess in the sink to a minimum. It’s been a couple weeks and it’s still ok. The new charger seems to have a stronger magnet so hopefully it doesn’t stop cha...

Replacement
First one batterry failed after about 10 months of use. Both the old and replacement one works well. Future will tell if batterry will fail again.

New sensor pump
They finally upgraded design of this sensor pump, now it works as it supposed to, make sure you buy this model, previous model had to go in the trash because it wasn’t dispensing SH liquid soap.

Changed the charger and the size of the soap squezer
We have used simple humans for a decade and now they've changed the cord/ charger port so I have to have multiple cords. Also the soap shoots out way too fast and runny and gets ALL over the place. I'm super disappointed and may need to start looking for a new brand. :(

Replacement
This is a replacement the first one would not pump second one seems to be working fine still not like the old ones, like them best or you have the window to be able to see how much soap is still inside. This one you take the top off look down in it not really knowing how much is in there unless it's completely empty.
