Better than last gen in so many ways
Better charger / connection, better power switch (the button was finicky and ambiguous before), the ability to see how much the dispenser still needs while refilling it (bigger opening). All excellent. Only downside is it has more difficulty with higher viscosity soaps, which seems like an intentional choice to incentivize the thinner first party soap sold by the compan...

No +/-
There is no +/- to adjust the amount of soap dispensed. We have to put our hands under the sensor multiple times to get enough soap. Sadly, we can’t use this.

Save money on soap
This dispenser is wonderful. My family members and I can change the amount dispensed easily by just positioning our hands either close to the spout or further down and away from the spout. Other dispensers have me changing amount dispensed every time a person uses, it if it’s different from the last user.

love it
a year ago, i purchased a cheaper motion sensor soap dispenser which i liked but stopped working after a few months) I said that i'd be willing to pay twice as much for a better quality one that was easier to fill and recharge. very happy when i found this simple human dispenser

Great dispenser
I really like this soap dispenser. Easy to use and convenient. Only gave 4 stars because I don’t like the usb charger. Wish it came with a normal plug to recharge.

Classy
While no one really needs this for their home, it is surprisingly a guilty little pleasure and really makes me happy to use it. It is a very elegant soap dispenser!

Really like it!
I like the ease of the rechargeable soap dispenser, the fact that it’s quiet, and the fact that it gives you an option on more or less soap. Also, really like the fact that I can turn it off so people don’t mistakenly dispense soap.

One of my favorite things
I own 4 of these. One had an issue and after troubleshooting with Simple Human they decided to replace it. It was within the 2 yr warranty period. I have given this as gifts because I love this so much! I love all the different colors it comes in that would go with any decor.

Wonderful product
We had an earlier version that someone gave as a gift a few years ago. It was one of the best gifts we received. When it came time for a new one, Simple human didn't disappoint. They had a sensor pump that matches our brushed bronze faucet perfectly

Great product
Excellent liquid soap dispenser. I bought two—one for soap and the other for hand lotion—and both work perfectly and look very stylish. I’ll likely buy another set once I finish remodeling my other bathroom.

My 4 th one!
I very much like this soap dispenser! I have one at kitchen sink and bathrooms. I started during Covid and wouldn’t change at this point.

Outstanding design

No mess foam dispenser
Very happy with this gadget. It delivers a fixed amount and the sensor means it doesn't get dirty except with the odd splash.

Nice
Simplehuman was the only place I found this automatic soap dispenser in oil rubbed bronze, so happy with that. It looks nice on my bathroom countertop and matches the faucet perfectly. So far, works well. I like that it doesn't have an after drip on the counter. I would recommend.

Stops working, needed to replace
I love these pumps. They’re elegant and germ free bc of the no touch feature. Downfall? I’ve had to replace two of them bc they eventfully stop working. Luckily, it was under warranty, but it took months to receive replacements.

I purchased 2 of the 9oz rechargeable pumps and love them for both the aesthetics and cleanliness. Initially, I had a problem with one losing it's ability to pump, but Simple Human stood behind their product and I received a new one. They are both solid, well made. LOVE our sensors soap dispenser!!!
This is the most convenient device we own! No bottles ,no extra hand needed! We just put our scrub brush under the nozzle and out comes tbe soap. So fabulous. What a great idea. We have purchased 4 if these so far. We have them in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. . highly recommend!
