Great Product
This is our second sensor pump and I really like the changes. The on/off switch is much simpler to use than the finger touch button. Also it’s much easier to see into the tank to gage how low the liquid soap is. The brushed finish wasn’t available so we got the polished finish. It doesn’t fingerprint, yea! Dispenser works perfectly. All around, great product.

Great Product

Pump it up!
This sensor pump is Awesome! It deposits the perfect amount. No dripping! It is sleek, stylish and clean. I was so happy when I saw it came in my brushed brass. Matches my faucet perfectly.

Re bought these
We had these before and loved them. When they wore out, we replaced them with another type that were not as good. So we returned to SimpleHuman. Here's hoping these last for a few more years.

Still hoping to love it. Right now just, Like it.
It seemed to lose charge and run out of soap faster than I expected. I wish it held more soap. I love the look though, and the no touch dispensing!

Very nice pump--solid and intuitive design
The pump works as desired--easy top fill with sealing cap, thoughtful sensor design (when your hand is under the spout, it dispenses--no difficulty with a "magic spot" like an automatic sink).
My two gripes are:
1) The charging cord is proprietary--USB-A to a magnetic contact. A USB-A to USB-C would be ideal with a rubber plug/cover on the charging port--or a compart...

An elegant dispenser
IThe most elegant (Gold, of course), hands free dispenser.
It has a charger, thus no need for batteries.

Love the Look!
Love the look of this. I also love that the batteries can now be recharged vs replaced. I would have liked it to hold more soap.

I purchased two. . . .
My old Simple Human battery operated soap dispenser took a nose dive into the dish water and stopped working. Even after drying out the battery compartment with a fan I could not get it to work again. So. . . . . I bought two new rechargeable ones. One for hand soap and one for dish soap for the kitchen sink. They work well and look really nice side by side! Thanks, Sim...

Battery won’t charge
They gave me a reset procedure that didn’t work so they sent me a new replacement which solves the problem and works perfect!

9 oz. Rechargeable liquid Sensor Pump
Love the 9 oz. Rechargeable Liquid Sensor Pump so much so that I bought a second one. I had shoulder surgery and just pushing down on a soap dispenser was painful and awkward. These rechargeable pumps have been a life changer!

Great replacement dispenser
I have several Simplehuman products and love them, but one dispenser stopped working. The replacement has an improved mechanism, I'm told, and so far so good. Time will tell.
