Terrible product
I followed the instructions for descaling and the heating element failed. Called support and they said it was a non replaceable part and offered no solution. Had to throw the entire unit away and am out $$

Great When Working
I wish I could give this more stars, but 2 is generous with how much trouble this machine seems to be giving me. We bought one maybe about 6 months ago, and after a month we started getting the Error Code 4 after a few brews. Called support and they just sent me a newish model. All was good for about a month-month & 1/2, and then the error started up again. Now we can't...

Compact but maybe a little too short
This machine is great - it is compact, offers different drinks, plumbed in. Downside - the drip tray even when removed there isn't enough space for a 14oz coffee tumbler mug and each time you have to dispose of the k-cup but otherwise it is a great machine.

Butler's Pantry Remodel
The K-2550 has been perfect for our pantry remodel. I hated filling up the reservoir in our old machine, so having a plumbed in version solved that. Plus, the water filter makes each cup taste better and more robust.

Easy Use, Sleek, Quiet

Nice Brew, Limited Functionality
You will know how to turn it on & brew but no additional features. I was able to find a more descriptive manual online but the information is inaccurate on how to upload pics for screensaver backgrounds. After over an hour of fiddling with it, Reddit says during the chip shortage they removed the feature from the board and just greyed out the option. Lame. Basically boi...

Great at first....
This is the second model we had at our business. It is 16 months old and will not work regularly. We have followed the maintenance instructions, troubleshooted and still no resolution. My expectation was that the machine would last for at least a few years.

Great Addition!
Enjoy the Functionality of Our New Coffee Maker! Having a plumbed coffee maker in the office is incredibly convenient—no more refilling water reservoirs. The only downside is that it can be a bit challenging to fit larger thermos cups under the dispenser, but overall, it’s a fantastic addition to our space!

Love, Love, Love this machine!
I have a shore house in NJ, and during the summer we are blessed (?) to have lots of guests. We have this machine on our coffee bar in my home and it's been going strong for 4 years. To date it's provided over 7000 brews of different sizes without any failure of the machine. Rarely, there has been a pressure problem which is often due to someone brewing a cup of coff...
