Good Chair
This chair is comfortable and lighter weight than my previous Serta chair. It's seating height is a little higher than the previous chair which is good for me. It was simple to assemble. The only drawback is that it makes slight popping sounds when you make slight movements on the seat. I have yet to figure out where the noise is coming from and how to stop it. It's not...

Not entirely as advertised
This chair does not recline the way you may think it would - the back does not move independently. You can *tilt* the entire seat and back as a unit but the back itself does not recline which is very disappointing since that's one of the main reasons I bought it

This is a very nice chair
I bought the fabric version in black. On the box the model name is Connor. The chair is the same design and model number as Hannah II. Assembly of the base cylinder and seat is easy. The instructions Step 3 page 9 do not show cylinder cover which is included so don't forget to place that on. Assemble the arms to the sides of the seat loose because you will need room to...

NOT BLACK
This chair is not Black as described it's charcoal gray. However it is comfortable just wish it was the color black

Comfortable and supportive
This is a great office chair. The back is very supportive and the seat cushion is fabulous. If you are sitting at a desk for 8 hours this is a great buy!

Supportive and comfortable
This chair feels very supportive in the back and seat area. The height is great. it was easy to assemble and looks nice in my office. The only thing that would make it 5 stars is if it had armrests you can lift up or down to move out of your way when getting in the chair.

Not as advertised
Chair assembly was typical. Store staff was helpful. This chair was hard on my back. It was also supposed to be a high back but only came up as high as my shoulders. Tilt only went part way back. When tilting back it wade a snapping noise possibly a defect. Chair was returned for a full refund within a few days.

Easy to assemble very comfortable with good head and lumbar support. Only point of dissatisfaction is they cheaped out by not including the industry standard inexpensive plastic telescoping cover for the exposed lift piston. It allows grease to not only accumulate dust from the room but can grease stain your paints if you put leg back

Good Chair
My wife had a pink gamer chair to match her pink office setup but it was uncomfortable. I've had the same staples office chair for like 10 years and I've always loved it. And lucky me they have it in pink. It's adjustable and you can lean back or not if you want. The arms are a good height. Not what I expected ted
I searched a long time to find s chair with a high back. This one looked as thought it did but after assembly it does not. Very disappointed. Wish I could return it but it is assembled now.

Comfy Desk Chair
Was looking for a new ergonomic and supportive desk chair for teleworking during the pandemic. I was having back pain with my old chair. I’m very happy with this purchase it’s got good back support and the padding is comfortable. It seems durable and should last for a long time. I wish it raised a little higher for my long legs but it’s not a dealbreaker.

Extremely comfortable
My husband and I bought this chair for our office. The height is adjustable so we were able to find the perfect match for our desk. The material is soft and extremely durable making using it for hours ideal. We opted to remove the arms of the chair so that it will fit snugly underneath the desk and I haven't missed them!
