Great Chair
The chair was very easy to put together and although I've only been using it for 2 weeks, it is very comfortable. I loved that the arms were "optional", and I did not put them on because I had a smaller working space. Didn't compromise the chair at all. Lumbar support is good, my back does not hurt at all at the end of the day. Love it.

Not happy with purchase
I bought this chair thinking that because it us Serta it would be so comfortable. Boy was I wrong! I haven't even had it a year and it's horrible. The seat cushion has no more softness to it and I can see the ring outlines from the seat. I would expect this after a year or maybe even more. Wish I would've spent the money on a better chair.

comfortable
my old chair was falling apart, this one looks similar but nicer so i ordered it. it is comfortable and offers great support.

Not happy with purchase

Could be better for the price.
Fairly comfortable after 1 week. The back rest does not jive very well with the base, almost like they were not made for each other. The whole chair wiggles back and forth and side to side about 1 inch on the base, kind of annoying. For the money I was hoping for better.

Worth the Money
Only have used chair for a short time and it is very comfortable and lightweight. Assembly minimum and easy. Wheels do not roll as easily as I would have liked. Styling and size is great. Hopefully, it will wear well since it appears to be made well. Good purchase.
