Awesome Chair
I'm 5'2 and all the desk chairs I have had, I had to use a pillow behind my back b/c they were too big for me. This HON chair has great adjustable lumbar support, positioned all the way forward. No pillow needed :) The arms & height adjustment are very nice also. Finally a chair that fits me.
There wasn't anything in the store that worked so you take a chance ordering...

Cheap arm rest broke the first day
The support for the arm rest on this chair is made of cheap plastic and broke the first time I leaned my arm on it.
