Did not work with our printers
This was suggested as a replacement for the HP brand; however, it doesn't not work in the printer.

Do not purchase these!
This remanufactured ink will not work in my HP printer. And when I tried to return it, I get a message that it is not eligible for return.

Cyan Cartridge
Cartridge chip is longer than the HP cartridges I usually purchase and would not go into the printer. The other colors have not been opened. I will reorder HP cartridges. This has caused my job to be delayed.

HP Doesn't recognize chip
Company stopped supporting HP brand cartridges and auto-subbed the Staples brand at checkout, I figured no big deal and happy to use recycled. Maybe it's HP that deserves the one star for limiting third party use, but unfortunately I now have a full cartridge that I can't use as the printer gives the error "Non HP Chip detected cartridge cannot be used" - it doesn't app...

DON'T BUY
HP printers will not let you use this ink! When I opened the box of ink there is an insert that says "do not update printer firmware." So I am assuming that any up to date printer this ink will not work as it did not in mine!
