Does not work in my printer.
is not the correct cartridge, locked up my printer, could not finish my work the day I tried to use it.

Incompatable chip
I used yellow and red with no problem. On the blue, my HP 477dw, which is listed as a compatible printer, says "Non HP chip detected" and won't let me use it.
