Cheap arm rest broke the first day

The support for the arm rest on this chair is made of cheap plastic and broke the first time I leaned my arm on it.

Good but a little firm

We had one of these already but this new one was not as 'generous' as the first. Notably the seat is a little smaller and much firmer...not as comfortable. Overall the new chair assembly was VERY easy - a definite positive - and adjustability is fine.

Awesome Chair

I'm 5'2 and all the desk chairs I have had I had to use a pillow behind my back b/c they were too big for me. This HON chair has great adjustable lumbar support positioned all the way forward. No pillow needed :) The arms & height adjustment are very nice also. Finally a chair that fits me. There wasn't anything in the store that worked so you take a chance ordering...

Excellent desk/office chair

The chair is excellent for all-day sitting/working. It's adjustable height and adjustable arm rests make it very comfortable. Assembly wasn't difficult but the instructions are not well explained . . . only pictures for assembly steps. Delivery was fast and on time. My only complaint is the high price. It's a nice chair but comparatively expensive.

Easy to Assemble and Comfortable

Hon makes an excellent product and a reasonable price. It was a snap to assemble. It has a very comfortable well padded seat. Only a small beef - it doesn’t come with printed operating instructions; you need to go on line to learn how to make adjustments.

Very Good Chair; Could Be Better

Sturdy attractive modern design with multiple ergonomic adjustments. The only things missing: (1) a manual showing how to adjust the chair and (2) the ability to adjust the seat pad angle. Still highly recommended.

Nice Chair

For the price it is very good chair and rated for 275 lbs instead of the typical 250. The seat and all its hardware appear extremely sturdy. The mesh back frame seems a little less sturdy otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Good value and has a made in USA label

Assembly was quick although the first page of the instructions was poorly drawn. The cushion and back are very comfortable and all the adjustments work smoothly. This chair does not earn a 5 as the armrests rattle on their supports and from my pure comfort opinion the thigh cushioning is too high.

Nice Chair

I ordered this chair on staples as it was on sale from it’s regular price. It arrived on time as stated when I placed the order. Nice Job Staples! The chair is very comfortable.
