Great System
It was easy to find at the local Staples store. But "Kaden" was helpful in exchanging the used toner for the new one, including getting ready the rebate. As a low-volume user, knowing the excellent quality will remain consistent is reassuring. Actual removal and inserting of the replacement couldn't have been easier.

Great toner
Great toner. I was tired of buying ink cartridges for my photojet printer so I switched to a b&w toner printer. I love it. Toner lasts a long time and the hp brand is of the highest quality

Order and delivery oricess
I wanted to order and was willing to pick up the hp134a cartridge at the Torrance store. No hurry. But pick up I believe was not an option -- think all of the pick up options are within one hour and this store does not do one hour pick ups. I was hoping to save Staples some costs by picking up but I ended up choosing delivery.

Need help with air print feature
I love my little printer and recently installed the first toner cartridge. But I used to be able to use the air print function to print emails from my iPhone. Now I can't do that. Can you please tell me how to restore that function?

I can't configure my WiFi so I've used 30% if my ink. This is outrageous. This is an official hp cartridge

No one ever offer to help us with which cartridge we needed. The cashier was very pleasant.
I do find it very frustrating that after I make a purchase of over $60, then I get text to get rewards to spend $50 or more for what I just spent.

Great Product Lasts longer than printer indicates
I usually get a low toner alert from my HP printer and go out and buy a new cartridge only to find that the low toner light is on for hundreds of more pages of printing. I use it til the end !
