NO RECYCLING AVAILABLE IN CANADA
HP touts is sustainability, and includes a shipping label in new cartridge box so that customers can return the old used cartridge back to HP for recycling. Even though cartridge was purchased in Canada, a return label for USA customers was included in the box. When I went to HP canada website to find a Canadian label, NONE were avaiable . Bought for future use.
Have the printer for a month & it is not able to be used. No wi-fi connection. Tried everything mentioned without success. Called tec after waiting for 2hrs. to answer. No help or solution. Too many #s to get help. Don't really who can help. I feel I have wasted my money. Might return.

A Printer is only as good as the cartridge.
This particular cartridge is not just good, it's excellent. It meets all expectations and more. The packaging was outstanding. Installing the cartridge was easier than one would expect from the looks. But you must not judge by appearance. It was as simple as sliding open a dresser drawer and closing it. Open the compartment on the printer, simply slide the old cartridge...

Toner purchase
Was on monthly purchase plan with HP. Bought a new home and tried to update address on HP Smart site. HP never delivered the toner and only refunded one months payment. They also informed me that they don’t support that toner on HP Smart anymore. Couple this with hours on hold, talking with multiple answering desk people from foreign lands…..I will avoid HP at all cost ...

Inferior HP printer
The printer will no longer copy. When I changed the HP toner last month, the printer stopped working completely. I've already spent $100 for a computer tech to repair the printer. HP should discontinue this printer line before you lose more long-term customers such myself.
