Does What a Cartridge is Supposed to Do
Good cartridge, always reliable. Just wish I got more printing out of it. I feel like it's super pricey for how much I actually use it.

Doesn’t last long
Color is a normal quality. However, even with the XL, it seemed like I needed to replace all the cartridges frequently my last printer I was lucky if I had to replace my cartridges once a year this one I had to do three times unless than 8 months.

Good Ink, but too expensive.
I print a fair amount of Color pages. It seems like I'm buying a lot of this Ink. In fact I still haven't used up the High Yield Black ink from the last purchase. If the made a High Yield Color pack only I'd buy it.

Need new employees
I ordered 2 Epson 812 ink cartridges and when I went to pick it up the person who put the order together was too lazy to read since one was 812 and the other was a 302. I then had to wait until someone went thru the shipment they had gotten in. I ordered online to save time. What a laugh!!

Good quality
Works as expected. My baseline is that all printer ink is overpriced and how printer companies make money. These cartridges have an average lifespan and are in the median price for cartridges. I’m satisfied with their performance.

Got this cartridge because the refilled one does not work. It does it's job however my preferences is XL version. Why Epson does not have XL colors cartridges combo pack without black one!pack
