It wasn't compatible with my computer or phone even though the box said it was. I contacted the helpline and they gave me a program that did work but took 4 months off my subscription and it was very complicated to download and install. Will never buy again.

Easy to download and install on 2 devices so far.
Just login from each device.
Update 2 to 3 time a day at least = automatically. or
can do update manually at boot up
